The inner door flap does not have a screen net insert, so you will need to cut out the existing net and place it in the flap during installation. If the flap sticks, it may be due to errors in the door frame alignment.

This pet door is ideal for screen doors, sliding doors, and backyard porches, but should not be used on very thick wooden doors, iron/aluminum doors, or walls. The self-closing mesh door helps prevent other wildlife or insects from entering. The outside frame size is 13.4 x 17.3 inches, with an inside flap opening size of 11 x 13 inches.
